DISSOLVING
THE DYES : |
| The
dyes are pasted with 50% of the quantity of
Acetic Acid 80%, then an |
| addition
of about 50 times of its weight of boiling
water is done. |

| DYEING
METHOD : |
| Set
the bath at 50" - 70' C with |
| 2-3%
Acetic Acid 80% 5 - 10% |
| Glauber's
Salt Anhydrous 0 - 1 % |
| Sodium
Acetate Cryst. |
| pH
should be (5-6) |
| |
| Add
the dissolved dyes into the bath and run goods
for 5 minutes at this |
| temperature.
The temperature of dye bath is gradually raised
to 85 - 90 C |
| in
about
20 - 30 minutes. Dye at this temperature for
30 - 50 minutes more.

| Raise
to boil and dye for 1-3 hours according to
shade. Cool the bath slowly |
to
50 -60 C and then finally rinse in cold
water & dry. |
